We hope you love everything you purchase from LuxeDeals, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


7-Day Return for Change of Mind

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order if you simply changed your mind. Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached, and must not be washed, worn, or altered.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you can expect a refund within 7–14 business days.


Defective or Faulty Items

If your item is defective or damaged, you may apply for a return or refund within 7 days of receipt.
We’ll replace or refund the item, and you’ll be responsible for reasonable ground shipping costs.

Please note: Refunds may not be approved if the item continues to be used after the defect is discovered.


Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please return it and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. LuxeDeals will cover all reasonable ground shipping fees.


Promotional & Bundle Items

If you return part of a promotional bundle or discount offer, we will refund the returned items only, minus any discount value or free gift related to the promotion.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order — as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
If there is a price difference, we’ll either refund the difference or request additional payment. You’ll cover the shipping costs related to the exchange.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Package was damaged during shipping, but items remain intact (we will compensate for relevant loss).

  2. Items were damaged after use (may be repairable at your cost).

  3. Items have been washed, worn, or altered.

  4. More than 7 days have passed since delivery.

  5. Package is held or rejected by customs.


Refund Timing & International Orders

For international orders, especially with credit card refunds, please allow 2 weeks to 3 months depending on your bank’s processing time. Thank you for your understanding and patience.


How to Return Your Order

  1. Contact LuxeDeals Customer Service to apply for a return. Please do this before sending anything back.

  2. Repack the item in the original shipping packaging, if possible.

  3. Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories. (Missing components may result in a small deduction from your refund.)

  4. Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.
